IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
To limit time in transit and avoid weekend stays on the trucks, most shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Call us if you wish to ship outside the US, or to APO’s or FPO’s.
Shipping rates are charged per address.
Shipments are also subject to the weather conditions at the destination location. If it is unseasonably warm at the recipient’s address, we may contact you about changing your method of shipping.
We take great care in packaging our candles, but if for any reason your package arrives damaged, please call within 24 hours or submit a photo of your damaged product on our returns page so we can address the problem.
SHIPPING TIPS
Double check your recipient’s address before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Make sure you have your order shipped to someplace where your candles won’t sit outside in the heat. We recommend using a business address if nobody can be home to receive them.
