Did your order arrive damaged?

If your order was unfortunately damaged during shipment, you can reach out to us using the form below. You’ll need your order number and photos of the damaged product in the box.

Rest easy, because you don’t need to send us the damaged candle back. After we’ve received your photos and processed the replacement, we will ship your new candle out to you right away!

Don’t LOVE your candle & would like to exchange it for something else?

If you’re not delighted with your candle after burning it in your home, we will be happy to exchange it for something that you will LOVE! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (60 days for orders placed in November & December), and we’ll be happy to take care of you. Include your order number and please give us a brief description of why you don’t love it and we will help you choose a candle to suit you!
