Peach Lusterware Heat-proof Custard Dish Set

This “Peach Lusterware” oven-proof set of dessert or custard dishes is by Anchor Hocking in the “Peach Lusterware” style. This pottery has a metallic glaze that gives the effect of iridescence. This collection was popular in the 1950’s and 60’s and is now highly collectible! And once your candle is finished, it’s the perfect little dessert or candy dish, or even a mini casserole dish! (I use mine as a butter dish).

To reuse your vintage candle container: after the candle has burned down, scoop out any remaining wax with a spoon and discard. Then simply wash out the vessel with warm, soapy water and since soy wax is water soluble, it’s that easy. Now you’re ready to enjoy your vintage treasure for years to come!
